Order Cancellation

  1. Before Shipment:

    • You may cancel your pre-order anytime before the product is shipped. A full refund of the paid amount (including the reservation fee) will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  2. After Shipment:

    • Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed. You may still return the product after delivery as per the return policy.
  3. Pre-Order Reservations:

    • If you have made a pre-order by paying the 10% reservation fee, you can cancel your reservation anytime before the product ships and receive a full refund of your reservation fee.

Refund Policy

  1. 7-Day Return Guarantee:

    • If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the Loop Ring within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a refund:
      • The product must be in its original condition.
      • All accessories, manuals, and packaging must be intact.
  2. Refund Process:

    • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  3. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Used or damaged products that are not in their original condition.
    • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
