  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days (additional charges may apply).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and chosen shipping method. Any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before completing the purchase.

4. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select countries worldwide. Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply, and these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and link to track your package in real-time.

6. Delivery Delays

  • While we strive to deliver your product within the estimated timeframe, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs clearance, or logistical issues. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and work to resolve the issue.

7. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, etc.), our support team will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipment charges may apply.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photo evidence (for damaged items). We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.

9. Change of Shipping Address

  • If you need to update your shipping address, please reach out to our support team within 24 hours of placing the order. Address changes are not guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped.
